To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the modern Petsey, a chubbier more cuddly bear.  Steiff proudly introduces the most extraordinary Petsey ever created --- available only during the Fall 2008 North American Events. Steiff calls the color pale lavender, while I would tend to call it a pinky-brown in color.  Measuring 10 inches, hand embroidered nose, black eyes, crème inner ears and paw pads.  Paper US Event Bear hang tag.  Limited to 1500 pieces this bear is 121.  1980 was the very first time Steiff decided to use old patterns to remake those bears in limited edition exact replicas.  Papa Bear 0153/43 was the very first limited edition Steiff available. 100% Excelsior stuffing, 50% Mohair and 50% cotton plush fur.  Flesh colored paw pads, hand embroidered nose, black eyes, button in the ear.

Hermann Teddy Original.  This bear is dressed in tan colored corduroys with a red gingham patch.  The pants have an elastic waistband making them fully removable.  He has a darker tan "belt" with his "killed" prey.  The "prey is light coffee colored plush.  His shirt is white colored cotton, with ultra-suede ties at his cuff and neck, and in his left tie is a wood "knife"  Over the shirt is a green "wool" vest. %100 mohair.  This bear stands three feet tall, and is priced at $650.00

In 1997 Steiff released this incredible bear; a 1951 exact replica.  This magnificent bear has a gold honey colored Mohair plush.  Hand-embroidered nose and moth, flesh colored paw pads, a cornflower blue bow and brown eyes with a black iris.  A paper hang tag hangs on his chest.  This bear has a growler.  Limited to 4,000 pieces this is bear 169. Black and white hang tag, button in the ear.  This is a bear for any Steiff or teddy bear collection.  Price $450.00 plus tax.
